This service exists to remove hidden data from content. It would be incoherent to then hoard that content, so we keep as little as possible.
The browser tool sends us nothing
The text cleaner on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The cleaning engine is JavaScript executing on your device. Your text is not transmitted to us, not logged, and not stored. You can verify this in your browser’s network inspector.
Files you upload
- Uploaded files are stored in private, per-account storage that other users cannot address.
- Originals and cleaned outputs are deleted automatically within 24 hours. You can delete them sooner from your history.
- Download links are short-lived signed URLs. Treat a signed URL as a password: anyone holding it can fetch that file until it expires.
- We retain processing metadata — file name, size, type, credits charged, timestamps — for billing and abuse prevention. We do not retain file contents.
The API
API requests are processed and discarded. We log request metadata (key prefix, endpoint, status, credits, timestamp) for billing and rate limiting. Request and response bodies are not logged.
Account data
We store your email address and authentication state (via Supabase), and your billing state (via Stripe). We never see or store full card details — Stripe handles those directly.
Rewriting
If you use the optional rewriting feature, the text you submit is sent to a third-party model provider to perform the rewrite. That is unavoidable for the feature to work, and it is why the feature is opt-in and clearly labelled. The provider used for each request is shown in the result.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your content to train models.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from account settings. Deleting your account removes stored files, job history and profile data; we retain the minimum billing records that tax and accounting law requires.
