Privacy Policy

This service exists to remove hidden data from content. It would be incoherent to then hoard that content, so we keep as little as possible.

Who operates this

Gifi is operated by RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, which is the controller for account, usage, billing and support data processed through the service. You can contact us at support@gifi.ai.

The home page paste stays in your browser

Text you paste on the home page is held in your browser until you choose to continue. Nothing is transmitted, logged, or stored on our side at that step. You can verify this in your browser’s network inspector. Continuing starts a rewrite, which is described below.

Files you upload

• Uploaded files are stored in private, per-account storage that other users cannot address.
• Originals and cleaned outputs are deleted automatically within 24 hours. You can delete them sooner from your history.
• Download links are short-lived signed URLs. Treat a signed URL as a password: anyone holding it can fetch that file until it expires.
• We retain processing metadata — file name, size, type, credits charged, timestamps — for billing and abuse prevention. We do not retain file contents.

The API

API requests are processed and discarded. We log request metadata (key prefix, endpoint, status, credits, timestamp) for billing and rate limiting. Request and response bodies are not logged. MCP connections store the client name, scopes and timestamps — not authorization codes or refresh tokens in plaintext.

Account data

We store your email address and authentication state (via Supabase), and your billing state (via Stripe). Transactional mail we send ourselves — receipts, payment failures, subscription notices — goes through Brevo. Sign-in links are sent by Supabase (optionally over the same Brevo account as custom SMTP). We never see or store full card details — Stripe handles those directly.

Rewriting

If you use the optional rewriting feature, the text you submit is sent to a third-party model to perform the rewrite. That is unavoidable for the feature to work, and it is why the feature is opt-in and clearly labelled. We hold the original and the rewrite in private storage for 24 hours so you can leave the page and come back; then they are deleted, the same as file outputs. We do not use that text to train models. Host and model names are not shown in the result.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and measure the path from inspection to a successful job or purchase. Funnel events carry only a page group, text-or-file surface, job type, plan, outcome and a coarse acquisition bucket. Google does not receive the text you paste, file names, email addresses or job identifiers. It does receive the page URL, a client identifier, and ordinary browser metadata (device, language, approximate location). We do not use Analytics for advertising, and we do not share the reports with anyone else.

The gifi_first_touch cookie records the first source, medium, campaign and landing path so the original visit can still be attributed after sign-in and checkout. It expires after 90 days. It does not contain your email address or anything you inspect.

Agency pilot requests

The agency pilot form collects your name, work email, company, team-size range, monthly content-volume range, and whether your workflow covers text, files or both. It does not accept uploads or open-ended content. We use these details to evaluate the request, contact you, run the pilot and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. The application and its first-touch attribution are deleted after 180 days. A notification is sent to our existing support inbox through Brevo; a notification failure does not discard the application.

Pilot invitations store the invited email, access dates, allowance and a one-way hash of the single-use token. The plaintext token exists only in the invitation link. Invitation records are deleted after 180 days, or earlier when the associated account is deleted.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your content to train models.
• We do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not accept drafts or client files through the agency application form.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from account settings. Deleting your account removes stored files, job history and profile data; we retain the minimum billing records that tax and accounting law requires.
