Email support@gifi.ai. There is no contact form and no phone queue. Gifi is operated by a small team, so the same address handles accounts, billing, bug reports, security disclosures and data requests. We aim to reply within one working day.

Before you write

Two questions come up more than any other, and both are answered faster than we can answer them. If a rewrite did not change what you expected, or a file came back with metadata you thought would be gone, start with the FAQ — it is explicit about what a rewrite can and cannot do. If a request failed against the API or an MCP tool, the API reference lists the error codes and what each one means.

What to include

A useful first message saves a round trip. Where it applies, send us:

• The email address on the account. We cannot look up a job without it.
• The job identifier from your history, or the timestamp of the request, so we can find the right run.
• The file type and roughly how large it was, if a clean failed.
• The exact error text or HTTP status for an API or MCP failure, rather than a description of it.

Please do not paste credentials. We will never ask for your password, and support does not need your API key to diagnose a failed call.

Billing and refunds

Credits for failed jobs are refunded automatically — a failure costs you nothing, and you do not need to ask. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal, and take effect at the end of the current period. If something was charged that you cannot account for, write to the same address with the date and the amount.

Security reports

Send vulnerability reports to the address above with security in the subject line. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people’s accounts or data, and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publishing.

Data and privacy requests

Access, export and deletion requests go to the same address, and are handled under the privacy policy. You can also export or delete your account yourself from settings. Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it afterwards, so export first if you want a copy.
